About Mugdha

First and foremost, I want you to thank yourself for overcoming the fear and mental health stigma that has brought you here. It takes courage and strength to open yourself up to vulnerability and seek help; so, good on you for doing this for yourself and for your future.
 
Life is crazy and can really put a number on us, not one person is exempt from the ups and downs of everyday life however the truth of reality is, we don’t always have the tools and knowledge to support us through these tough situations. That’s where I come in.
 
You may be seeking therapy because you want answers, a safe space to express/process your emotions and experiences, to learn more about yourself, to obtain skills to improve your mental health and relationships. To genuinely heal and go after your dreams the way you are meant to. I believe we are all experts in our lives, so I will work with you collaboratively and we can identify your goals together while using evidence based psychotherapeutic tools tailored to your unique needs.
 
I will guide you through this journey of self development and self healing with the utmost compassion and empathy ensuring that we have a collaborative, non judgmental environment where we can both learn from each other and grow together.  Mugdha is warm, empathetic and soft therapist. Mugdha specializes in work-related stress and also provides counselling for persons struggling with interpersonal conflict, friendship betrayal, romantic tensions, peer exclusion, anxiety, social anxiety, depression, trauma, grief (including losing a pet).
